Nocellara del Belice “Secolo 21” (0.5 Lt)

    • REGION: 13-hectare orchard with hundreds of orange, lemon, mandarin and centuries-old majestic olive trees in the municipality of the historic city of Noto (Sicily), close to the ocean.
    • SUSTAINABLE CULTIVATION: The olives are cultivated without chemical substances, respecting the cycles of nature and using only what the Sicilian soil has offered us for centuries.
    • PRODUCT: Olio Premium Cru Extra Vergine «Secolo 21» cultivar di “Oliva Moresca”

    Olive oil with full-bodied flavor, medium intensity and subtle artichoke, almond and tomato scents. The olives are harvested at the ideal time to ensure an intense color and fragrance and next-to-zero acidity.

    The selection and harvesting of the olives is done by hand. The olives are cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvesting and only the first squeezes go into Premium Cru.

 

Biancolilla “Secolo 21” (0.5 Lt)

    An ideal oil for all dishes which require a delicate aroma to fully enhance its flavors. It is especially compatible with raw fish, shellfish and delicate-flavored dishes.

    An ideal oil for all dishes requiring an intense aroma for the full enhancement of flavors. It is particularly compatible with soups, red meat and grilled vegetables.

CUVEE PRESTIGE

METODO SOLERA “Cuvée Prestige”  (0.50 Lt)

Aceto Cuvee Prestige Metodo Solera

  • HISTORY: The original, unique vinegar of the ducal Estense family. “500 years of history in one drop”. The only company in Italy that produces vinegar using the Solera method.
  • SOLERA METHOD: The produce is preserved in oak casks of differing volumes where they mature for approximately one year to develop acetic bacteria. After six years, the vinegar undergoes an ageing stage of a further six years or more, which is called RISERVA; It is placed in various barrels in a descending sequence from 60 to 20 liters, each consisting of a different substance in the following order; Chestnut, Oak and Cherry. Each year, it is poured from the larger barrel into the next smaller one.
  • PRODUCT: Aceto Cuvée Prestige Metodo Solera, blend of vinegars of red grape must without added sulfites, thickeners, colorants or caramel, aged in Chestnut, Oak and Cherry barrels for 12 to 22 years.
